Bereche & Fils Campania Remensis Rose Extra Brut 2018

This eight hectares of land in the Montagne de Reims is worked by Raphael and Vincent Bêrêche using, as they say, ‘carefully considered’ viticulture – working in harmony with the land whenever possible. This pale rosé has notes of wild strawberry, rhubarb and lovely pink grapefruit with pomegranate on the palate.
